GENERAL F.A.Q'S

Q. Do the prices include VAT?

A.   Most of our prices are shown inclusive of VAT (please see note below), there are no hidden extras.

Some products will show the excluding VAT price as the main price where VAT exemption is applicable, there will be a check box showing the additional VAT on this product if you are not eligible for exemption.

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We prefer payment by Debit or Credit card through our checkout or you can use Paypal if you prefer, we are happy to accept payment over the phone as these are the quickest ways to confirm your order.  We also accept payments by cheque, postal order or bankers draft. No orders will be shipped out until payment has cleared in full.

 

Q. Can you deliver outside of the UK?

A. At this time we deliver to UK Mainland and Non Mainland UK only. 

There is a surcharge for Non Mainland UK deliveries (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, etc). Please visit our delivery page for further details.

 

Q. Can you do Saturday deliveries?

A. Yes, on some but not all of our product ranges. There is a surcharge for this, if you would like a Saturday delivery, please telephone your order through and we can check the surcharge for your area.

 

Q. Can I return the product if I change my mind?

A. Yes.  Returns can be accepted within 14 days of receipt by yourself. 

If you change your mind for any reason, please contact us by email for the return details.  The return is subject to the item being returned to us unused, in all the original packaging, with all of the accessories and parts.  Any used items can be repaired or replaced if faulty, but cannot be refunded. We will only refund the price of the product and not the original shipping charges.

 

We may levy a small handling charge for goods returned due to change of mind, this will not be levied for goods returned due to either damaged or not working or picking error by us.

 

Q. Do your products conform to EU safety standards?

A. Yes.  All of our products are  approved for sale in the EU.

 

Q. Do your products come with a guarantee

A. Yes.  All of our products come with a 12 months warranty unless stated otherwise in the description.

 

Q. Are your mobility products VAT exempt?

A. Yes.  Those mobility products that are eligible for VAT exemption are priced accordingly and the VAT included and the VAT exempt options are available when you select them. Please refer to our VAT Exemption explained section for further information on how to claim this.
